Nanoxo introduces first ready-to-use novel organometallic-derived Zinc Oxide Quantum Dots-based (OM ZnO QDs ) inks dedicated for electronics and ideally suited for solar and display research.

Organometallic derived OM ZnO QDs INKS are monodispersed nanocolloidal solutions of pure ZnO QDs in easily removable solvents: dimethyl sulfoxide (ZnO-DMSO Ink) or dimethylacetamide (ZnO-DMAC Ink) allowing to cast pure non-passivated ZnO thin films.

Benefits of OM ZnO QD INKS:

👉High-purity ZnO without any added process metal impurities
👉Colloidal solution without organic stabilizers
👉Stable monodispersion – no agglomeration in time
👉Low-temperature processed pure non-passivated ZnO layer
👉Appropriate for the formation of uniform and smooth thin films
👉Superior nanocrystal quality*
👉Low-density defects
👉Excellent electrical contact – high conductivity*
👉Improved photovoltaic performance and stability*

*in comparison to sol-gel ZnO
