Easily convertible from yellow δ-phase (Eg = ~ 2.6 eV) to black mono α-phase perovskite (Eg = ~ 1.5 eV) by low-temperature heat treatment (~150oC). Suitable for application in flexible and tandem light-harvesting devices, light-emission diodes, and photodetectors. Synthesized, packed, and stored under inert gas.
