High-quality hybrid 3D perovskite manufactured with the solid-state solvent-free method. A direct bandgap in a range of ~ 2.3 eV – ~2.8 eV is suitable for application in light-harvesting devices, light-emission diodes, selective photodetectors, and as a host material for doping with transition metals. Synthesized, packed, and stored under inert gas.
